Services
Dog Walker Marketing provides website design, search engine optimization, and digital marketing services to pet care businesses. Specific services and pricing are agreed upon in writing with each client.
Funnel Audit
We offer a free Funnel Audit to qualified pet care businesses. The audit is provided as-is for informational purposes. Results and recommendations are based on data available at the time of the audit. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes from implementing audit recommendations.
Client Responsibilities
To receive our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your business
- Grant necessary access to your Google accounts and other tools as required
- Respond to communications in a timely manner
- Pay invoices according to the agreed schedule
Payment
Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Intellectual Property
Content we create for you, including website designs and copy, becomes your property once full payment is received. Our proprietary methodologies, frameworks, templates, and software remain our property.
Confidentiality
We treat your business information as confidential and will not share it with third parties without your permission, except as required by law or as necessary to provide services (such as authorized contractors).
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided as-is. We make no guarantees about specific business outcomes, search rankings, or revenue. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding three months.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding payments and we will provide reasonable assistance transferring assets to you.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
